At Shires Equestrian, we are committed to providing the highest quality gear for you and your horse; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all products are in their original, clean condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the equestrian gear you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that horse rugs are free of hair and leather goods are protected from scratches.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
